To report an abandoned vehicle please call Customer Services on 01524 582491.
Please provide as much of the following information about the vehicle as possible:
- Make and model (eg Ford Fiesta)
- Colour
- Registration Number
- Exact location (eg outside number 7 George Street, Lancaster)
- General condition of vehicle.

- We aim to begin investigations within 24 hours. The maximum time taken to begin investigations will be 3 working days.
- We aim to remove vehicles in 24 hours from the point at which we are entitled to do so.
