Accidents in the Workplace
Summary
Employers, the self-employed and those in control of premises must report specified workplace incidents. These include instances where:
- There is a serious accident associated with your premises or work activity
- One of your employees is absent from work for more than three days.
- A non-employee needs to visit hospital as a result of your workplace activities
- To report an accident call 0845 300 99 23
