Bulky Matters is the council's bulky waste collection service.
We will collect unwanted bulky items from your home for a small fee. Where possible we will re-use or recycle these items. To arrange a collection, please call the customer services number below.

- We guarantee to collect within 7 working days on a day to suit you.
- We prefer to collect items from inside your property, so that they are in the best condition for re-use, but if this is not convenient, we will collect from outside.
- This service is for homes only, NOT commercial businesses.
