Commercial Property Management
Summary
Commercial Property Management, led by the Principal Valuer, is responsible for dealing with all aspects of the council’s non-housing property portfolio.
This encompassses the administration of the council’s commercial properties and land, including undertaking valuations, dealing with acquisitions and disposals, and the maintenance of records with regard to the land and property in council ownership.
