Lancaster City Council recognises that effective consultation is vital for the promotion of resident and stakeholder engagement.
The council is committed to consulting widely with all sections of the community, including young people, students and ‘hard to reach’ groups, to make sure there is equal access to services and that our services meet the needs of the whole community.
