Corporate Enforcement Policy
Education, advice and regulation of the activities of others play an important part in delivering the Authority’s aims and objectives, and in safeguarding and protecting the public and the environment. The purpose of adopting a Corporate Enforcement Strategy is to create an overarching document for all types of enforcement activity undertaken by the Council, and this policy applies to any activity undertaken by the Council in seeking to fulfil its enforcement related responsibilities.
