Council Housing - Low demand properties

Summary

Occasionally the Council may have low demand for a limited number of properties within the District. In such cases, the Council, at its discretion, may advertise these vacancies.

Depending upon the number of responses received, the Council will then allocate the vacancy in accordance with the normal allocation scheme.
