Rent is due every week in advance. Tenants must pay your rent on time. If tenants choose to pay their rent fortnightly or monthly, they must pay in advance.
If tenants have a problem with paying their rent, they should contact their rent arrears officer as soon as possible, who will make a repayment agreement with them, based on your income and expenditure.
