Council Housing - Rent

Summary

Rent is due every week in advance. Tenants must pay your rent on time. If tenants choose to pay their rent fortnightly or monthly, they must pay in advance.

If we have to put up your rent and or/service charge, we have to give you at least 28 days written notice.
