Lancashire County Council Services

Lancashire City Council is working in partnership with Lancashire County Council to provide customers with access to a wider range of local services under one roof.

Staff from Lancashire County Council are now available on a regular basis at both Lancaster and Morecambe town halls. You can report highway issues, make enquiries about Nowcards and Blue Badges and many other services.

Staff will be available at our Customer Service Centres between the following times:

Lancaster Town Hall: Monday and Tuesday (9am to 12.30pm and 1pm to 4.40pm).

Morecambe Town Hall: Wednesday (9.10am to 12.30pm and 1pm to 4.30pm).
