Dangerous Structures
Summary
The council will deal with dangerous and dillapidated structures upon receiving notifications. These notifications arise from a variety of sources including neighbours and the general public.
Our Building Surveyors will generally ensure that appropriate action is taken by building owners to ensure that the danger is removed safely. In the absence of the owner action may be taken on their behalf.
