Handyperson Scheme

Summary

The Handyperson Scheme is intended to help you to maintain your independence and to enhance the quality of your life.

To apply for assistance from the Handyperson, you, and if applicable, your partner, must be aged 60 or over, or alternatively, you and/or your partner have to be receiving either Disabled Living Allowance or Attendance Allowance.

Please Note: If you, or your partner, are in full or part-time employment, or you have a relative living in your home with you, you will not be eligible for assistance from the Handyperson.
