A personal search is an inspection of the Local Land Charges Register.
It can be carried out by anyone on payment of a fee of £22.00

- Personal searches can be carried out at 10am Monday to Friday by visiting Customer services, Lancaster Town Hall, Dalton Square, Lancaster.
- An appointment should be made at least 24 hours in advance, by telephoning 01524 582034 or 582035.
- This appointment must then be confirmed by faxing the address and a plan of the property to 01524 582030.
- Searches are limited to 6 properties per day.
