Local Transport Plan
Summary
The Local Transport Plan (LTP) sets out Lancashire's aims for transport over a 5 year period. The plan is a strategic document based around the four shared priorities of road safety, congestion, air quality and accessibility, together with other quality of life issues and maintenance.
The LTP is produced by Lancashire County Council, as the local Highway Authority.
