Summary
The council is responsible for cleaning the war memorials in Lancaster, Morecambe, Carnforth and Bolton-le-Sands.
Memorials outside these areas are the responsibility of Parish Councils.

The War Memorials in Lancaster, Morecambe, Carnforth and Bolton-le-Sands are all cleaned before the Remembrance Parades each November.
