Repairs & Maintenance (Council's non-housing properties)
Summary
The Premises Management section of Property Services is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the majority of Lancaster City Council’s non-housing properties, including municipal buildings and commercial buildings.
It is also responsible for ensuring these properties comply with all appropriate building regulations and licensing laws (fire, public entertainment etc.).
