Single Regeneration Budget (SRB)

Summary

The Lancaster Single Regeneration Budget (SRB) programme ended in September 2007.  An independent end of scheme evaluation has been conducted by the Centre for Local Economic Strategies (CLES).

The SRB is a key resource to deliver regional strategy for economic development, raising skills and regeneration. Bringing together programmes from several government departments, the SRB was launched to encourage local partnerships of public, private and voluntary sectors and the local community to develop regeneration initiatives in their area.
