Summary
Strategic Housing Services works to provide decent, safe and secure homes throughout the district. Below are some examples of the types of assistance we are able to provide:
- Preventing homelessness
- Tackling empty properties
- Providing Home Improvement type services for vulnerable homeowners
- Licensing of HMO's
- Fire safety, disrepair and management issues in relation to the private rented sector
- Promoting Energy Efficiency in the home and preventing fuel poverty.
