Lancaster City Council's Benefits Team endeavours to offer accessible services for older customers and those with a disability or serious illness.
Currently we:
- Will send out your documentation in large print
- Can be contacted by textphone (minicom) via typetalk on 18001 01524 582965
- Provide translators via the 'Language Line' service
- Send out your documentation in Braille
- Provide audio recordings of our information leaflets
Home Visits
In exceptional circumstances for elderly or disabled persons, home visits may be arranged by prior appointment.
