Procurement Strategy
The Council's Procurement Strategy has been produced in light of recent developments in best value procurement, including the National Procurement Strategy for Local Government, and the Government's Re-thinking Construction agenda.
The Procurement Strategy sets out how the Council procures its work, goods and services and encourages a corporate and systematic approach to procurement needs and practices .
