Before the outbreak of COVID 19 back in March 2020, the Chamber ran many face to face events throughout the year across North Lancashire, providing opportunities for you to meet like-minded business professionals, grow your network and acquire new skills. Now, Lancaster Chamber have many fantastic events lined up designed to help businesses across the district get ready for Brexit.

Lancaster & District Chamber of Commerce offers a comprehensive package of international trade services aimed at helping your company succeed in international markets.

Zoom Sessions

The first few weeks since the end of the transition period has proved difficult for many businesses.

The International Trade team at the NWL Chamber of Commerce stand ready to help.

In order to offer an efficient service to importers/exporters, the team is arranging twice-weekly Zoom sessions where you can drop in and ask your own questions, share your experiences with other businesses, and grow your own support network.

These will run every Tuesday and Thursday during February and March from 8.00am-9.00am.

Local support

Lancashire County Council funds Boost Business Lancashire which has created a Brexit Hub for Lancashire businesses.

Lancaster & District Chamber of Commerce works with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the district and has useful information about leaving the EU on its website.

The Chamber has also developed a Business Brexit Checklist.
