Alcohol and entertainment
Lancaster City Council is responsible for licensing the sale and supply of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment and the provision of late night refreshment within the Lancaster district.
If you are conducting any of the above activities, you will need the relevant licence.

National Fraud Initiative
Lancaster City Council is under a duty to protect the public funds it administers, and to this end may use the information you have provided on your licensing application form for the prevention and detection of crime. It may also share this information with other bodies responsible for auditing or administering public funds for these purposes.
Amendments to the Licensing Act 2003
The Police Reform and Social Responsibility Act includes amendments to the current Licensing Act 2003.
Statement of Licensing Policy
