Hackney Unmet Demand Survey
Lancaster City Council has comissioned a survey into unmet demand in the local Hackney Carriage service to:
- Determine whether or not there exists a significant unmet demand for Hackney Carriage services in Lancaster;
- Determine the number of licences required to meet any identified unmet demand in Lancaster
