Welcome to Lancaster District LSP. Working together we will improve the quality of life for everyone in our district
A local strategic partnership, or LSP, is a voluntary partnership involving organisations from the public, private, community and voluntary sectors.
Lancaster District Local Strategic Partnership (LDLSP) aims to improve the social, economic and environmental well-being of the Lancaster district, now and for generations to come.
It achieves this by:
- Producing a Sustainable Community Strategy which sets out partners' common vision, objectives and targets for improving the wellbeing of the Lancaster district
- Coordinating partner activities and budgets towards achieving the Sustainable Community Strategy and the Local Area Agreement for Lancashire
- Contributing to the development and delivery of the Lancashire Local Area Agreement
- Working strategically to meet the needs of the district
