- Ensure you know who to complain to if you are dissatisfied and respond to complaints within 5 working days
- Answer letters within 5 working days
- Answer 90% of telephone calls within 5 rings
- Answer E mails within 1 working day
- Listen to your views and suggestions to improve our service to you
