City Centre Bookings
Property Services manage the diary for City Centre Bookings, which incorporates the Information/Charity Pitch and the Performance Area, both situated within Market Square, Lancaster. An Information Pitch is also located in New Town Square, Morecambe. These areas are available to registered charities, political parties and other non-commercial organisations for performance events and the distribution of information.
Please note: Any performances / events that are classed as regulated entertainment will require the organiser to comply with the conditions stipulated within the premises licence held by Lancaster City Council for external public areas of the City Centre (see City Centre Booking Conditions for further details). The organiser is required to serve at least 28 working days notice for any applicable event.
