Commercial Property Management
Commercial Property Management, led by the Principal Valuer, is responsible for dealing with all aspects of the council’s non-housing property portfolio.
This encompassses the administration of the council’s commercial properties and land, including; undertaking valuations, dealing with acquisitions and disposals, and the maintenance of records with regard to the land and property in council ownership.
