Premises Management - Management of the council's municipal buildings including maintenance and repairs, and room and venue hire.
Commercial Property Management - Undertaking valuations, lettings, acquisitions and disposals and the maintenance of the council's land and property records.
Land Development - Details of development agreements and property regeneration schemes
Right to Buy - Applications to purchase council housing (tenants only)
City Centre Management - Management of the street trading concessions and city centre bookings in Lancaster and Morecambe.
