Premises Management
Premises Management, led by the Premises Manager, is responsible for dealing with all aspects of Municipal Buildings management including maintenance and repairs of the Town Halls, provision of reception and room hire services.
Duties Include:
Municipal Buildings management: Maintenance, repair and operational management; together with room hire services, refreshment provision and building attendant duties
Mail, Courier services and Members Distribution: Processing and delivery of mail, collation and delivery of members distribution
Room Hire at Lancaster Town Hall: Provision of room hire services.
Mobile Radio Communications: Maintenance and development of the City Councils radio networks.
