SFBB Pack and Diary

SFBB pack and diary for caterers and retail

12 month diary

12 month diary

We are now able to offer good quality printed versions of the Safer food better business pack in colour on 100g bond paper which comes hole punched and ready to place straight into your folder.

This is the most up to date version incorporating all the latest guidance and good practice.

All food business operators must have in place a food safety management system and the most widely used is Safer Food Better Business which is available to download for free via the Food Standards Agency website.

To assist businesses Lancaster City Council is now able to offer a colour printed version.

We have used our wealth of experience and innovation to adapt the pre-existing diary pack to help businesses reduce duplication and costs.

I can see the SFBB and Diary is easier to read and the information is transferrable to the café. It is a great tool used to train the staff and the new diary is really easy at a glance to keep on top of what has been done.

Helen Burridge, Catering Manager, Salt Ayre Leisure Centre October 2016

At first we were hesitant as people are with all new things, now we have got used to it we quite like it as it simplifies our old system no end. We want another pack to introduce to our other nursery.

Shelly Muckle local nursery manager December 2016
