Cooling Tower Notification

The Notification of Cooling Towers and Evaporative Condensers Regulations 1992 requires a person in control of a commercial premises which has situated upon it a cooling tower or evaporative condensers, to notify the local authority for that device.

The notifications are entered into a register which is maintained by the local authority.

To notify us of a device on your premises complete the form below and return it to us. Notification must be made in writing using this form.

You must inform us of any changes to notified information within one month of the change. If the device is no longer used, this change must also be notified.
