Dynamic box and fiddle duo Aly Bain and Phil Cunningham have been playing together for over 20 years. This world famous partnership was recognised last year in the BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards where they won The Best Duo award. With their extraordinary skills, they have taken their respective instruments to new heights, and have both been honoured with the MBE and several honorary doctorates between them for their services to Scottish music. This performance will be a mix of high energy, technically breathtaking reels and jogs, heartbreaking slow airs and tunes from around the world and hilarious between set humour. Be prepared for an emotional roller coaster ride!
