Council Housing
We are one of the largest providers of affordable rented housing in the district, with responsibility for the management and maintenance of approximately 4,000 homes.
We provide information, advice and resources for homeseekers, tenants and leaseholders, and on the right to buy.
Private Sector Housing
We work to provide decent, safe and secure homes throughout the district through our accredited property scheme, prevent homelessness, harassment and unlawful eviction, and manage the licensing of houses in multiple occupation (HMOs).
Home Improvement Agency services include the Handyperson Service and Disabled Facilities Grants.
