Allocation policy consultation

We have a responsibility to ensure that our Allocation Policy reflects the needs of the district and is compliant with any legislative changes and government guidance. We regularly review the policy and following the recent review in 2018 we have decided that we need to make some minor changes (highlighted in yellow) to ensure that we can carry on ensuring that we meet the changing needs of our customers, make the best use of the social housing stock and continue to meet the challenges of the Homelessness Reduction Act and recent guidance regarding improving access to social housing for victims of domestic abuse.  This consultation closes on Friday 25th September 2020
