Property Services manages a number of properties which are let on a regular / annual basis, these are:

Street Trading Concessions, Lancaster - Seven pitches available for street trading in Lancaster City Centre. These include two food pitches, one non-food pitch, one charity pitch and three miscellaneous pitches. Available on an 12 month licence (let annually), usually commencing early July .

Grazing Licences - A number of sites of varying sizes in Lancaster and Morecambe. Available on an 8 month licence (let annually), usually commencing early April and expiring at the end of December.
