Lancaster City Council Lunchtime Concert Series

2008 will see the 17th annual series of free lunchtime music performances at St John the Evangelist Church, Chapel Street, Lancaster organised by Lancaster City Council.

The series runs from Thursday June 5th right the way through to August 21st.

The Programme

Performances are every Thursday fortnightly, 12.45pm - 1.30pm (FREE ENTRY):

• June 5th:     Promenade Clarinet Trio (Piano, Cello & Clarinet) 
• June 19th:   Edward Rugman (Organ Recital)
• July 3rd:     Silk and Bamboo Ensemble (Chinese Quartet)
• July 17th:    Nicholas Novicki (Piano Recital)
• July 31st:    Aine Lambert and Suzy Ruffles (Piano and Flute)
• Aug 14th:    Dr Colin Parsons (Organ Recital)

Launching the 10th Lancaster Jazz Festival is:

• Aug 21st:    Sue Parish and Her Musicians
