Lancaster Cycling Club is inviting cyclists to step up a gear this month and take part in 'Le Terrier' which offers participants two challenging routes through the stunning Forest of Bowland.
The 45 mile route heads for Jubilee Towers with over 1,500m of ascent and a choice of return journeys.
The 80 mile route, with over 2,600m of ascent, is bound to be a favourite finishing through Wray, Roeburndale, Scout Camp and Stocka Bank.
The rides take place on Sunday 29 June departing from Dalton Square between 7am and 8am.
Dalton Square will also mark the end of the ride and host a range of exhibitors, live music and refreshments. After a strenuous day cycling, you can even treat yourself to a massage!
An entry fee of £20 is payable. All proceeds and donations will go to Lancaster District Homeless Action. Register on the day at Lancaster Town Hall.
