Lancaster City Council is pleased to announce that The Fratellis will be performing at the Morecambe Dome next month.
The Glasgow trio will be playing the Dome on April 9 as the first show on their UK tour.
Tickets have now sold out for what promises to be a fantastic gig.
The band’s debut album 'Costello Music' rocketed into the charts at number two and spawned a number of hits including the massive anthem 'Chelsea Dagger'. With a new album on the way the gig is sure to showcase new songs as well as the old favourites.
Coun Maia Whitelegg, cabinet member with responsibility for culture, leisure, sport and young people, said: "This is another fantastic coup for The Dome. After welcoming bands like the Arctic Monkeys, Athlete, Reverend and the Makers and most recently the Kooks this goes to show that Morecambe can attract some of the biggest names in British music."
