Led by the enigmatic Mark E Smith, The Fall are the pre-eminent live working group of the modern day, performing regularly in the UK, Europe and the USA. The band has been touring and recording for 30 years and offers a unique mixture of musical styles, delivered as an uncompromising and unforgettable live experience.
The Fall were DJ John Peel's favourite group and a rich history of the provocative and exciting material that the band has produced over the years can be found on the phenomenal 'Peel Box Set', which stretches across the entire timeline of the group. Peel summed up The Fall memorably with the phrase 'Always different, always the same.'
