The band will be playing at the venue on August 1 as part of a series of live gigs which will also take them to the Live at Loch Lomond Festival, where the band will be the main support act to the infamous Sex Pistols.
The band is probably most famous for the 1996 album Moseley Shoals, which rocketed to number two in the album charts at the height of the Brit Pop era. Hot on the heels of this success they played to 250,000 people over a two day period at Kenbworth as the support to Oasis.
Their song The Riverboat Song was featured on Chris Evans' TFI Friday as the backing music when guests were introduced, and "Hundred Mile High City" and "July" were used in the film Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels.
Tickets for the gig, which starts at 7.30pm and is limited to over 18s, cost £22.50 and are available from the Box Office by telephoning 01524 582803.
