Lancaster City Council is running a series of road shows focusing on helping residents to maximise their income during the current economic climate.
Lancaster City Council is running a series of road shows focusing on helping residents to maximise their income during the current economic climate.
The road shows will have experts on hand from Lancaster City Council Housing Services, Housing Benefits and the Citizens Advice Bureau to give advice, information and handy tips on saving energy, budgeting, financial planning for the future and much much more.
As an added bonus, anyone who attends one of the roadshows will be entered into a free prize draw to win a £50 shopping voucher.
There are also 140 electricity monitoring meters to give away (first come first served) and everyone who attends will receive an energy efficient light bulb.
The road shows will take place on:
Monday December 1 at Marsh Community Centre from 2pm to 4pm
Tuesday December 2 at Westgate Children's Centre (part of Westgate Primary School) from 4pm to 6.30pm
Thursday December 4 at St Chad’s Church Hall, Lancaster, from 10am to 2pm
