Lancaster City Council is extending its programme of Women on Wheels guided cycle rides with a lucky dip outing for those who enjoy a bit of mystery.
Lancaster City Council is extending its programme of Women on Wheels guided cycle rides with a lucky dip outing for those who enjoy a bit of mystery.
Due to popular demand for its monthly rides which were held on the first Sunday of every month throughout the summer, the council’s Cycling Demonstration Town Team has added an extra bike ride to their schedule.
But this time instead of planning a set route or destination, the team will be leaving it up to the wind as to where it takes them on the day.
The ride takes place on Sunday, 2 November and promises to be a fairly leisurely journey over a distance of 10-15 miles.
There’s no need to book, just turn up at the Millennium Bridge at 11am, with a road worthy bike and a snack.
