Lancaster City Council will be holding its annual Business Advice Night next Wednesday, April 29.
The event is held at Lancaster and Morecambe College’s Hexagon Theatre, from 4pm – 7pm. It is an informal event for business owners, managers, and anybody thinking of starting a business.
This year’s event, sponsored by Business Link Northwest, Lancashire County Council and Lancaster and Morecambe College, will focus on Access to Finance, and helping businesses cope with the economic downturn.
There will be more than 20 business advice organisations on hand, including Business Link, JobCentre Plus, UK Trade and Investment, Lancashire and Blackpool Tourist Board, and many others.
Businesses are invited to drop in any time between 4pm and 7pm and visit the exhibition stands where they will have the opportunity to discuss their business issues with qualified advisors, or to arrange a private appointment with an advisor for a future date.
There will be a presentation by Business Link at around 6pm on Access to Business Support.
There is no need to register for the event, just call in to the Hexagon Theatre any time from 4pm. For further information contact the city council’s Business Development Team on 01524 582279.
