Perhaps you’re a lady with a New Year’s resolution to get fit for 2010?
If so, why not get the New Year off to a flying start and join Lancaster City Council’s Cycling Demonstration Town Team on a women only guided ride to the Crook O’Lune.
This easy eight mile ride on traffic free paths kicks off from the Millennium Bridge in Lancaster on Sunday, 3 January at 11am and marks the first of many ‘Women on Wheels’ rides taking place on the first Sunday of every month in 2010.
