Lancaster City Council has published its Annual Report for 2008/09.
The report gives an overview of the council and the district it serves, as well as a snapshot of some of its achievements and initiatives of the last year and priorities for the next 12 months.
Coun Stuart Langhorn, Leader of Lancaster City Council, said: “The last 12 months have been a difficult time for both the council and society in general but despite this I believe that the council has had a successful year.
“This report looks back at how some of the challenges we have had to overcome as well as looking forward to those we face in the future.”
