The Number One Seventies Show comes to The Platform

Head back to the seventies!

IT’S time to dig out your flares and platform shoes, slap on some body glitter and boogie on down to The Platform as the UK's biggest 70s party is coming to town on Saturday August 1.

This energetic, feel good show celebrates the music and fashion of this glamtastic era with a talented cast of musicians and vocalists who will take you on a journey through the decade that invented disco and glam rock and gave us Saturday Night Fever and Grease.

The best loved hits from all the great bands including Slade, Showaddywaddy, David Essex, Abba, Blondie, Mud, The Sweet, T Rex and many more will be included. So if you remember doing 'The Bump' at the school disco, riding a chopper bike or bouncing on your space hopper, then this is the show for you!

Get down to your local fancy dress shop or look in your attic and dress up in some groovy 70s outfits – it’s party time!

The show will start at 7.30pm and is suitable for all the family. Tickets cost £12.50 from the box office on 01524 582803.
