Santa prepares to open his grotto at Morecambe's Festival Market
SANTA popped into Morecambe’s Festival Market this week to prepare for the opening of his grotto.
And the bargains were so good that he decided to pick up one or two as thank you presents for his elves!
Santa’s grotto will be opening its doors at the Festival Market on Saturday and Sunday November 28 and 29.
For just £1 children can meet Santa and receive a special Christmas gift.
To celebrate the opening children visiting the grotto on the opening weekend (between 11am and 4pm) can have their photo taken with Santa by a professional photographer.
Following the opening weekend the grotto will be open between 11am and 3pm on Saturdays and Sundays leading up to Christmas.
The Festival Market, which is operated by Lancaster City Council, has hundreds of bargains on offer all year round.
As an added bonus, the city council is suspending parking charges at the Festival Market car park on Sundays until December 27.
So beat the credit crunch this Christmas and grab yourself some bargains by the sea.
