Enjoy a 'Summer Serenade' at the Platform

An afternoon of romantic, humorous songs and duets reflecting times gone by takes place at the Platform in Morecambe on Sunday 27 June starting at 3pm.

Featuring the voices of popular local singers Valerie Baulard and Brian Lancaster, accompanied by Gill Allen on piano, the programme will contain songs from the shows, jazz standards and other well loved songs.

Expect to hear Autumn Leaves, A Nightingale Sang in Berkeley Square, I Remember it Well, Lets Call the Whole Thing Off, How To Handle A Woman, Second Time Around, C'est Magnifique, Cry Me A River and many more.

Tickets for this afternoon of musical nostalgia cost £8 and are available from the Platform Box Office on 01524 582803, also from Morecambe Visitor Information Centre in the Platform building (telephone 01524 582808) and from Lancaster Visitor Information Centre, Storey Creative Industries Centre, Meeting House Lane.
