Take the plunge into a new menu of swimming sessions at Heysham Pool
Heysham Swimming Pool is inviting local residents to take the plunge in 2012 with the introduction of a new timetable and newly refurbished reception area, foyer and poolside.
Popular public swimming sessions, adult and children’s lessons and family swimming sessions have been extended and a new range of sessions have been introduced.
For fitness fanatics, the popular Aquafit session has been joined by a new fitness swimming class where customers can improve their stroke, fitness and performance in the water.
For youngsters who simply enjoy having fun in the pool with their friends, the after school Splash_Up Party might just be what you are looking for and combines pool games, music and diving. This session is ideal for 8 - 16 year olds.
