Have your say on park plans

Lancaster City Council is asking residents for their views on a new master plan for Ryelands Park.

The city council has worked with Lancashire County Council, North Lancashire PCT and the Friends of Ryelands Park to create the draft plan which would introduce a new multi-use games area, a BMX track, community flower beds and new pathways.

The plans are available to view online at www.lancaster.gov.uk/ryelandspark. The deadline for responses is Friday November 30.

A drop in session to discuss the plans is also being held on Tuesday November 20 between 4pm and 7pm at the Lune Park Children’s Centre, Ryelands Park. Everyone is welcome to come along.
